Kelly definitely helped to solve my biggest problem in 2022. We had a simultaneous closing while we sold and bought at the same time. So, my wife and I finally decided to buy a house and stop renting. We started looking via Zillow and that is how we got in contact with Kelly Evans. I really don't know how to describe just how great Kelly is but I feel like we really were truly fortunate that Kelly was our agent. Frankly we won the Agent Lottery.I really can't think of any negatives but I can focus on the many positives. So I unreservedly give her 5 out of 5 stars on every category.First, Kelly is high energy and knows her trade and the areas we were interested in.
